Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking at Kangkung Hotel. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to them.

Your account

• Please give accurate details (name, phone/WhatsApp, email). We use them to confirm your booking and contact you before arrival.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

Prices

• Prices are set in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and include tax and service. Prices in other currencies are converted at our daily rate and are for reference.
• The price shown before you pay is final for the room, dates and number of guests you chose. Friday and Saturday nights may cost more, and peak-season surcharges (for example Christmas & New Year) are shown in the price breakdown before payment.
• Extra adults above the number included in the room price pay an extra-bed fee per night, shown before payment.

Booking and payment

• A room is held for you for 24 hours after you book. If the booking isn't paid within that time it is cancelled automatically.
• Payment is by QRIS or bank virtual account. Your booking is confirmed by our front desk after payment; you will see your room number in Account → Orders.
• One booking is for one room. To book several rooms, make a booking for each room.

Liability

Please use the in-room safe for valuables. We are not responsible for loss of items left unattended. Damage to the room or hotel property caused by guests may be charged at check-out.
