What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested in the special requests box, subject to availability; late check-out may carry a fee.
Do prices include tax and breakfast?
All prices include tax and service. Breakfast is included for room types marked "Breakfast included" (for the number of guests stated in the room description).
Can children stay?
Of course. Children under 12 stay free as long as the room's capacity isn't exceeded. Baby cots are available free on request.
What if I need to cancel?
Unpaid bookings can be cancelled from Account → Orders. For paid bookings, contact us; refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund policy.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, for an extra fee. Add your flight number and landing time in the special requests box when booking, or contact us on WhatsApp.
