House Rules

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 14:00; check-out by 12:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-out after 12:00 may be charged.
• Please show an ID card or passport for every adult at check-in. A refundable cash deposit may be requested.

Guests and children

• The number of guests may not exceed the room's capacity shown on the booking page.
• Children under 12 stay free within the room's capacity. Baby cots are free on request.
• Visitors are welcome in public areas until 10 pm.

In the hotel

• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas; a cleaning fee applies if smoked in a room.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please keep noise down between 10 pm and 7 am.
• Pool hours are 7 am – 9 pm. Children must be supervised by an adult.

Arrival

Tell us your estimated arrival time when booking. If you'll arrive after 10 pm, please message us so we can keep the room ready.
