What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, preferred language and currency.
• Booking details: dates, room, number of guests, arrival time, special requests, and payment status (we never see your full card or bank details).
• At check-in, the front desk checks your ID or passport as required by Indonesian law for guest registration.

How we use it

To confirm and prepare your stay, contact you about it, handle payments and refunds, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your data.

Sharing

Only with services needed to run your booking: our payment provider (Xendit), our hosting provider, and authorities where guest registration is required by law.

Your rights

You can view and update your details in Account, and delete your account at any time. Completed bookings are kept for our records as required by law.
